Expanding Opportunity in Hoke County

Every Hoke County resident deserves a fair opportunity to build a stable future, support a family, and participate in our community’s progress. Yet differences in income, access to education, housing costs, transportation, and employment opportunities can make financial security harder to achieve for many households.

As your county commissioner, I will support practical efforts to expand economic opportunity, strengthen partnerships with employers and educational institutions, and connect residents with workforce training and pathways to better-paying jobs. Supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs can also help create opportunities for people to earn, invest, and grow here at home.

My priorities will include encouraging affordable housing options, improving access to transportation and essential services, and evaluating county investments with attention to communities that face the greatest barriers. I will listen to working families, seniors, young adults, and small-business owners so their experiences help inform our decisions.

Addressing economic inequality requires responsible budgeting, clear priorities, and cooperation across our community. My goal is to help Hoke County grow in ways that expand opportunity and give more residents a realistic path toward lasting financial stability.
